Motetema is situated within the magisterial district of Nebo. The court is only a periodical court for criminal cases held on Tuesdays to Thursdays. As from 1 August 2015 the court will be administered by Groblersdal and will fall in the magisterial district of Goblersdal.

On court documents we refer to the district of Nebo, held at Nebo untill 31 July 2015, whereafter it will be district of Groblersdal, held at Goblersdal.

The court seat is situated in Motetema 15km from Groblersdal.

Correspondents

As there are not three or more firms of attorneys in Motetema, we don't make use of correspondents and the address for service of process is our office address (Read more about our office address ).

We accept service of process and instructions by e-mail, fax and consultation.

Our correspondent work is debited on a party and party scale.
